The purpose of this evaluation is to determine to what extent, and under what circumstances, the Gender-Based Violence Information Management System (GBVIMS) has contributed to gender-based violence (GBV) coordination, programming, fundraising and advocacy over its five-year implementation through the effective and safe collection, storage, analysis and sharing of GBV related data. The evaluation considers the relevance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the GBVIMS to positively influence GBV programming and inter-agency data sharing and the sustainability of the system.
