This position will plan, conduct, direct and lead investigations; Contribute to OAIS advisory and communication activities and Support to OAIS management and activities.

The M&E Specialist will work with the global, regional and country teams in further refining the results framework and indicators as required and provide M&E technical support and quality assurance at headquarters as well as strengthening systems in country offices.
