Chief of Media and Communications Branch (D1)
Our Strategic Plan focuses on achieving universal access to sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights, and has three transformative results to be reached by 2030: end preventable maternal deaths, end the unmet need for family planning, and end gender-based violence and harmful practices. To help support our leadership team in delivering on the 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development, UNFPA is seeking a dynamic leader, who as a catalyst for change, innovative communications and partnerships, will manage the Media and Communications Branch. The Chief, Media and Communications Branch, will lead and advise on global communications strategies, global brand management efforts, advocacy activities and partnerships, ensuring that UNFPA and its staff “speak with one voice”; ultimately supporting in making a positive difference in the lives of billions of people.
