How You Can Make a Difference
As Editorial/Website Assistant, you will support the development of communication materials for the Executive Board and update the Executive Board section of the UNFPA website.
You will monitor and expedite the flow and overall processing of Executive Board documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness and adherence to deadlines; manage the traditional and electronic dissemination of documents; and operate and update the relevant home pages and links of the UNFPA Executive board website using web-based technologies.
You Possess
- 5 years of relevant experience, with excellent skills in administration and some experience in research assistance;
- Previous experience in the UN an advantage
- Previous experience with Content Management Systems, particularly Drupal 7, an advantage
- Good writing and communications skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Computer literacy - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe PDF, etc. and good knowledge of Atlas/Peoplesoft.
- Completion of secondary education;
- Successful completion of the UN GGST
