Position Summary:

The Administrative Associate delivers quality services in Human Resources, administration and finance to internal and external clients mastering all relevant rules, guidelines, processes and procedures for the effective management of Türkiye and cross-border humanitarian programmes. S/he takes a client-oriented results-focused approach to interpreting the rules, procedures and guidelines, providing support and guidance to the Gaziantep Office and UNFPA-supported humanitarian projects. S/he supervises clerical and support staff in Gaziantep Office. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: Completed Secondary Level Education required. First level university degree desirable.

Languages: Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish is required.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Six years of relevant experience in administration, finance or office management.
  • Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT systems.
