Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of UNFPA- RH program analyst and guided by the GBV program analyst and youth program, the women health services assistant will provide full support for the effective and efficient implementation of UNFPA’s sponsored women and girls services in safe spaces and RH clinics. She/he will be responsible for providing logistical and administrative assistance that will facilitate satisfactory completion of UNFPA activities as well as and reporting requirements for all related matters to women health services.
Education and Experiance:
Minimum High school Diploma with 5 years of experience in public health, community-mobilization experience preferred , Persons committed to women’s rights highly desired . OR Bachelor Degree in related areas with two years relevant experience.
Good working knowledge of English
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel spreadsheet; Knowledge of MS Project an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate under stressful conditions;
Good social and communicative skills;
Team worker and organizer;
Cultural sensitivity required in serving persons of culturally diverse backgrounds:
Language Requirements:Fluent written and spoken Arabic( mother tongue) and English .
Computer : Knowledge of Microsoft office programmes is required
