The Position
You will be responsible for coordinating the UNFPA-supported Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (ISRHR) programme activities at the Ministry of Health (MoH) reporting directly to the MoH Director of Clinical Services and the UNFPA head of the ISRHR team/ Assistant Representative.

Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Advanced degree in a medical or other related field.
- Post-graduation qualifications in project management, monitoring and evaluation or other related fields is desirable.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years professional experience in programming/project management.
- Extensive national working experience with increasing managerial responsibilities in the development arena and UNFPA mandate areas, particularly ISRHR.
- Experience in leading/managing knowledge product development and dissemination.
- Strong track record of leadership and management, and proven ability to produce demonstrable results.
- Ability to build and motivate / lead cross-cutting teams to produce client-oriented results.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in current office software applications.
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills in English is essential.
Language:
Fluency in English; knowledge of other official UN languages, preferably French and/or Spanish, is desirable.
