The HR Analyst will have an impact on the overall Country Office efficiency in human resources management and success in introduction and implementation of innovative and strategic HR strategies and policies.

The Gender Specialist will be specifically responsible for providing technical and programmatic advisory services and capacity building to the Punjab project, through the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Punjab CSW.

The incumbent's responsibilities and results will include but not be limited to improved quality of Country Programme financial Implementation,
Preparation and implementation of the Country Office risk management Plan including the appropriate application of the Internal Control Framework in accordance with UNFPA policies and procedures
