From 25 November to 10 December, the world observes 16 Days of Activism against Gender-based Violence.

This campaign spotlights the actions being taken to end this global scourge, which is one of the most pervasive human rights abuses in the world. This year's campaign theme is: Generation Equality Stands Against Rape

The 16 days run from 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, to 10 December, Human Rights Day.
