Oversight and Internal Audit and Investigation Policies

The policies, procedures, tools and guidance notes in this section are related to oversight, UNFPA accountability, risk management and assurance processes.

Prohibition of Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Abuse of Authority and Discrimination

This policy highlights the prohibited conduct for harassment, sexual harassment, and abuse of authority. It provides information on dispute resolution, responsibilities of personnel, managers and supervisors, and UNFPA. In implementing this policy, UNFPA will act consistently and take the appropriate administrative, investigative, and disciplinary action required, regardless of the personnel's function, title, length of service, and contractual status.

UNFPA Policy against Fraudulent and Other Proscribed Practices

This policy applies to all UNFPA activities and operations. It aims to prevent, detect and address acts of fraudulent and other proscribed practices involving UNFPA staff members, individual independent contractors, suppliers, implementing partners, and any third parties with which the UNFPA has a business relationship.
