The policy includes information related to workplan design, budgeting, revisions, suspension and termination,closure information, programme cycles, programmatic (workplan progress reports) and financial monitoring (FACE forms) reports.
The Policy Procedures for Programme and Financial Monitoring and Reporting related to workplan management has been merged into the Policy and Procedures for the Preparation, Management and Monitoring of Workplans. The high level monitoring will be issued in an upcoming policy.
The Policy and Procedures for Development and Approval of the Country Programme Documents outlines the process for developing and approving the CPD. It includes information on developing the draft, review and quality assurance steps, revision and clearance, editing and submission to the Executive Board and review and approval. It also contains information on PCA, timelines and the extension process.
