The GBVIMS Programme Specialist will work directly with UNFPA’s GBV Team Leader in HFCB/PD and with the inter-agency GBVIMS Steering Committee to oversee and drive the successful implementation of the GBVIMS project in conflict-affected and other humanitarian contexts.

The Human Resources Assistant provides Human Resources services for UNFPA Afghanistan Country Office ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work. The Human Resources Assistant promotes a client-orientation and transparent approach consistent with rules and regulations approach to the office.

The purpose of the Succession Management Specialist post is to support data driven decision-making in filling UNFPA’s key leadership positions. The Specialist plays a key role in developing and implementing tailored solutions to address succession planning challenges for mission critical positions to ensure UNFPA’s ability to deliver on its mandate.

The Program Specialist will ensure quality implementation of GBV programming, actively participate in national health working groups and co-chair GBV working group meeting in Baghdad.

The incumbent will focus on the development and implementation of a Regional resource mobilization Strategy and on building and coordinating Regional Office resource mobilization, partnership and private sector outreach capacity with emphasis on partnership building with the private sector and non-traditional partners.
