The Human Resources Editorial Consultant is responsible for maintaining and enhancing content on the UNFPA jobs web page. This role involves editing and condensing job descriptions to make them more engaging by creating functional titles, a short engaging blurb on the role and picking out key responsibilities. The aim of this role is to generate greater interest and response to our job advertisements, attracting high quality candidates from diverse sectors. The consultant will:

You will support the UNFPA Representative with high quality integrated technical, operational and programme support within a systems strengthening approach fundamental to UNFPA’s Angola overall strategy. The incumbent drives the big data agenda and ensures effective management of activities in the areas of strategic information, monitoring and evaluation, data and reporting. In collaboration with Government counterparts, NGOs and other partners you will oversee the formulation and design of the country programme and its component projects in line with Government priorities and according to UNFPA programme policies and procedures. In particular you should ensure that Reproductive Health, Adolescent and Youth are integrated in programmes, plans and provides advice to the Country Programme inspiring it to translate the regional and country goals into specific solutions and results.
