The Personal Assistant to Representative post performs senior-level secretarial duties as well as organizational and coordinating functions; is responsible for protocol matters and the effective functioning of the office of the Representative.
The HR/Finance Analyst is responsible for transparent implementation of HR strategies in the CO and effective delivery of HR services and management of the CO HR Unit.
The incumbent will provide support to Country Offices and Headquarters units in the areas of accounting; finance and accounting policies application; Atlas (UNFPAs PeopleSoft-Based Enterprise Resource Planning system) processing; and other financial management matters.
The incumbent is responsible for entering and activating agreements related to regular and co-financing contributions in the Atlas Contracts Module (CM), preparing correspondence for donors and providing inputs for documents relating to RMB work. He/she also acts as alternate to the RM Specialist in reviewing donor agreements
