Position Summary:
The Finance Programme Assistant HIV is located in the Indonesia Country Office (CO) and reports to the National Programme Analyst HIV, while working closely with the Finance Associate.
The Finance Programme Assistant HIV works closely with the operations, programme and project staff providing financial monitoring and analysis of the Global Fund HIV project and advising the National Programme Analyst HIV on expenditure trends and implementation rates of the Global Fund funding. The Finance Programme Assistant HIV provides financial services ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work for the Global Fund project. The National Finance Programme Assistant HIV promotes a client-oriented approach consistent with UNFPA rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Completed Secondary Level Education required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting and/or finance desirable.
Knowledge and Experience:
5 years of relevant experience in administration, finance or office management.
Familiarity of UNFPA system, rules and procedures is an advantage
Proficiency in current office software applications and corporate IT financial systems.
Familiarity of PeopleSoft/ATLAS application is an advantage.
Languages:
Fluency in oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
