The Human Resources Editorial Consultant is responsible for maintaining and enhancing content on the UNFPA jobs web page. This role involves editing and condensing job descriptions to make them more engaging by creating functional titles, a short engaging blurb on the role and picking out key responsibilities. The aim of this role is to generate greater interest and response to our job advertisements, attracting high quality candidates from diverse sectors. The consultant will:
Write engaging blurbs for jobs
Edit and condense job description for clarity and engagement
Ensure alignment of web content with UNFPA's 'voice'
