The International Labour Organization (ILO) works to set labour standards, develop policies and programmes to promote decent work for all. It is the only tripartite UN agency, giving an equal voice to workers, employers and government. The main aims are to promote rights at work, encourage decent employment opportunities, enhance social protection and strengthen dialogue on work-related issues.
