Project Manager is expected to employ a collaborative approach to ensure that the different components are integrated and that inputs from as wide a cross section as possible are incorporated to facilitate successful implementation of the programme.

He/she will be responsible for providing critical and substantial input into project implementation and overall management and supervision of the project. He/she will manage and provide overall supervision for the Project Technical Advisor and the Administrative and Finance Assistant.

The IOM ensures a smooth functioning, well-managed and results-oriented CO and facilitates programme implementation and delivery by providing for the operational needs of programmes and projects managed at the CO

The Financial and Admin Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and monitoring in order to guarantee the adequate allocation, execution and justification of the available resources for the transparent implementation of the activities.
