Under the overall supervision of the Chief Census Officer and the Census Chief Technical Adviser, the Specialist will be responsible for supporting all aspect of the 2015 census data processing starting with the designing and reviewing of the data entry template in CSPro and data analysis with SPSS/STATA programs.

Background

The IOM ensures a smooth functioning, well-managed and results-oriented CO and facilitates programme implementation and delivery by providing for the operational needs of programmes and projects managed at the CO. The IOM will ensure the CO is strengthened and supported in its operations, needs and queries by ensuring administrative management policies, regulations, rules and procedures are compatible with CO needs.

The Chief of Operations is primarily responsible for the formulation and delivery of the UNFPA Country programme, projecting the programme of the organization, promoting at the national level the goals of the programme and ensuring the integration of issues of population, sexual and reproductive health, and gender in the broader development agenda.
