In implementing this policy, UNFPA will act consistently and take the appropriate administrative, investigative, and disciplinary action required, regardless of the personnel's function, title, length of service, and contractual status.
UNFPA Policy against Fraudulent and Other Proscribed Practices
This policy applies to all UNFPA activities and operations. It aims to prevent, detect and address acts of fraudulent and other proscribed practices involving UNFPA staff members, individual independent contractors, suppliers, implementing partners, and any third parties with which the UNFPA has a business relationship.
