The Programme Specialist, HIV/AIDS works with an inter-disciplinary team ensuring that HIV prevention is integrated into key UNFPA programmes i.e. SRH, youth and gender-transformative programming, population dynamics, and other related issues with the focus on key populations, including humanitarian preparedness and response.

The specialist collaborates closely and receives inputs from Programme Advisers on the overall programme strategy and ensures HIV issues and priorities are mainstreamed within the countries’ and regional programme interventions.

The Administrative Associate delivers quality services in Human Resources, administration and finance to internal and external clients mastering all relevant rules, guidelines, processes and procedures for the effective management of Türkiye and cross-border humanitarian programmes.

You will report to the HR Strategic Partner in EECARO (Eastern Europe and Central Asia Region) and will have a strong collaboration with the EECARO International Operations Manager.

The Representative leads and motivates the UNFPA team in the development of innovative, relevant approaches for engagement on issues related to population and development, sexual and reproductive health and gender.
