ERP Business Analyst - Human Resources Functional Stream

UNFPA is implementing a new Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system that will fully support the needs of the Fund and enable the effective management of human, financial and physical resources through a cloud based digital platform.  The ERP implementation project has a defined 2-year implementation timeframe.  The new system will cover the core business areas of finance, procurement, inventory management, grant management and human resources, and support the budgeting and programming processes.  To support the functional team, to ensure the tight delivery schedule is respected and the project objectives achieved UNFPA is seeking to hire an external specialist for the role of the ERP Business Analyst Finance and Budget, reporting to the Functional Stream Lead.

Legal Consultant, Legal Unit, Office of the Executive Director

The Consultant will be responsible for providing timely, highest quality legal advice and support for complex aspects of UNFPA’s procurement operations (amounting to approximately US$400 Million per annum and having a direct impact on the achievement of the UNFPA mandate). Procurement-related legal advice and support relates (inter alia) to development and humanitarian programmes, third party procurement, complex legal issues related to pharmaceuticals and medical devices, transportation, shipment, import-export issues, customs duties, licensing, general contracting issues, accountability, and privileges and immunities.

Consultant: Social Media

The Social Media Consultant will be instrumental in growing and strengthening UNFPA’s social media activities, and maximizing the use and impact of leading social media platforms. Positioning of UNFPA with new audiences, speaking with One Voice and further improving the Fund’s digital and social media communications are priorities and central components in the communications strategy of the organization.
