The consultant will ensure that the survey design, instruments, data collection, entry and analysis are in line with international standards.

The consultant will design a structured plan for SDES data utilization, dissemination, capacity building and use of SDES data to generate population characteristic of non-SDES provinces; and other data collection methods such as remote sensing, satellite imagery and area estimations.

The consultant will assess the current DOP website, use it as a reference to apply changes to layout design, navigation and usability to redesign and implement the new web portal.
