The Administrative and Programme Assistant supports the Policy, Strategic Information and Planning Branch by managing data inputs, providing administrative, programmatic and logistical support, and participating in research specific tasks including, but not limited to data collection, data processing and analysis. The assistant will also provide support in the preparation, editing and finalization of presentations, reports and policies. Consultant: Technical Expert - Health System Strengthening Funding and Financing

The consultant will provide technical expertise and programme assistance in terms of funding and innovative financing for health system strengthening in the context of one of UNFPA’s global innovative partnerships with a private sector entity. To support the needs of the joint programme, UNFPA and Royal Philips developed a financing model for the initiative in the Republic of Congo, to mobilize a mix of public and private resources, including through a revenue model to attract private investments. The financing model includes health macro data to evaluate revenue inputs and cash flows required to support the national scale-up the programme. A first draft of the financing model is currently ready to be reviewed and validated, including through strategic consultations with relevant ministries in the country.

Consultant – Investigations Branch – Office of Audit and Investigation Services (OAIS) – call for 2021 opportunity and roster

The Office of Audit and Investigation Services (OAIS) is mandated to conduct investigations into all allegations of wrongdoing, committed either by staff (including those of work place and sexual harassment, abuse of authority, and sexual exploitation and abuse), or by independent contractors, implementing partners and other third parties, to the detriment of UNFPA.  The consultant is required to assist with investigations conducted by the Investigations Branch in OAIS. This call is both for opportunities for 2021 and for building the roster for future needs.
